SUMMARY:2021 ACC Members Xmas BBQ
DESCRIPTION:This is the club’s official family Xmas celebration.. Bring your cars\, park them on the oval and enjoy a relaxing day with the family.. \n Members and their immediate families are free.. Non-members and friends are welcome\, but there will be a $10 charge for adults and children over 12 years old. \nWe need to know precise numbers for catering\, so make sure you confirm that you’re coming by registering for the event. \nREGISTER HERE! \nThe club will be providing the facilities\, meats\, water and soft drinks\, but you’ll need to bring along your own salads\, nibbles\, chairs and beverages. \nThere will also be a face painter and balloon artist\, with a little something for all the kids who are 12 years old and under. \nWe’ll have both a coffee van and an ice cream van on site and everything will be free of charge..  \nThe BBQ will be running under COVIDSafe guidelines and it’s important that you register.. then bring along the tickets\, have them scanned and we will exchange them for the wrist-bands that you’ll need in order to be served..  \nSee you there!
